According to the latest data from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy, over 97% of Illinois businesses have less than 20 employees. Small businesses drive our economy and foster economic development in communities across our state.

The SBAC is championing these three pieces of legislation that will provide small businesses a fair chance to procure economic incentives. This legislative package will support the small business community and level the playing field for local entrepreneurs.

  • Small Business Job Creation Act
  • Small Business Property Tax Relief
