My passion is supporting people strategize and then execute their strategy in a way that is consistent with who they are and their commitments in life. 

I am extremely straight forward. I drill down to the heart of the matter, say things clearly, and am willing to challenge someone’s assumption. At times I can be tough. I work well with people that appreciate this role. 

I work well with people who are working on business issues and personal issues that impact business. I work extremely well with people who want to scale their business, get right to the core issue, and open it up to solutions; people who need someone to challenge them and not hold back. If people are looking for someone different who will just help feel better, I’m not that man. Instead, I am people-caring and challenging. 

EXECUTIVE COACHING – Over 20+ years I have supported 600+ service professionals and senior leaders in Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Insurance, Biotechnology, Healthcare, and Government; helping them transition from implementing tactical to executing strategic. I am a professional certified coach (International Coach Federation), Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certified, and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGY – After analysis, I supply you with resources that support you improve with Vision and Strategy; Leadership Confidence; Team Empowerment; Resilience and Agility; Relationship Effectiveness; and more.

PEER ADVISORY – I lead growth10 Virtual Peer Advisory meetings. Each Peer Group is composed of ten high-performing CEOs/company owners who meet monthly to help each other solve problems and grow professionally and personally. 

ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS - Helping you ask questions that result in clarity of vision and a path forward is my ultimate purpose. I help you grow your company by learning how to solve the Right problems by asking the Right questions and guidance to evaluate the answers. Bottom line, I provide you with practical analysis, a focus on your strengths, and the resources to reach what is important to you and your company.
