The Greater Waukegan Development Coalition is an independent organization whose mission is to foster the development of business and real estate within economically challenged communities. We accomplish this by bolstering the region’s economic ecosystem by providing a variety of programs and events, along with helping current and potential businesses with placement, expansion and retention.  Fundamentally, we are a grassroots effort in “Building a Greater Waukegan.”
